Generate 115,000 incentive credits - a minimum of five new-business applications. All eligible business applied for during qualification period must be placed and premium collected and received by Mutual of Omaha by Jan. 16, 2009.

Medicare Supplement internal conversions or replacements and affiliate conversions or replacements will receive half incentive credit up to to a maximum cap of 25,000 incentive credits. All other products will not receive incentive credit on internal or affiliate conversions or replacements.

Production requirement is $90,000 in net annualized first-year commission credits, encompassing all premium modes.

First-Time Qualifiers - $75,000 annualized commission credits with a minimum of five lives.

Annuity Credits - up to 50% of total qualifying amount

In-Sourced Product Credits (DI and LTC) - up to 25% of total qualifying credits

Worksite Credits - Up to 100%

Group Credits - Up to 25% of qualifying amount

Policies must be in force and on a premium-paying basis as of 60 days prior to the President's Cabinet meeting in 2007.

Producers need a $1,500,000 target premium from the sale of individual and survivorship, non-variable, life insurance policies during the 2007 production year. Those who qualify automatically qualify for the Naples trip too.
