GHI EPO For Groups of 1 is no longer available for New Sales.
An alternative plan for groups of one, The Small Business Advantage Plan is now available. The new PPO plan design is structured like a Share-plan in that it contains in-network cost sharing via deductibles and varying copays. It is available throughout New York State and provides rates on an Individual and Individual/Dependent basis.
